The Library will be closed both Sunday, November 11 and Monday, November 12 for Veterans Day.Here are some things you can do while we are closed:
- Attend a Veterans Day ceremony

- Go to a parade (scroll down to see Veterans Day parade info)
- Find out more about Veterans Day
If you need to do research, find an article or read a full text book while we are closed, visit the Resources Online page - open 24/7. Enjoy the weekend!

We should be observing this holiday now more than ever. This weekend is the time to be thinking about issues confronting our troops and their families. A good way to get involved is to check out the the Wounded Warrior Project. It's a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness for U.S. troops severely wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. It really puts a face on the cost of this conflict. Here's a link:
